TONE SALON ASKS ALL NEW GUEST TO SCHEDULE A FREE 15 MINUTE CONSULTATION BEFORE ANY COLOR SERVICE. THIS HELPS OUR STYLIST LEARN ABOUT YOU AND PROVIDE AN ACCURATE QUOTE.

PRODUCT RETURN

TONE SALON OFFERS 100% SATISFACTION ON ALL HAIR PRODUCTS. IF YOU ARE NOT IN LOVE, BRING THE PRODUCT BACK WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

CHILDREN

TONE SALON IS A FAMILY OWNED KID FRIENDLY SALON. HOWEVER, DUE TO SAFETY CONCERNS CHILDREN UNDER 8 YEARS OF AGE ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE SALON WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT FOR  SERVICES. IF YOU ARRIVE WITH A CHILD WE WILL ASK YOU TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT FOR A LATER DATE. WHEN A CHILD RECEIVES A SERVICE, TONE SALON ASKS YOU TO MAKE SURE YOUR CHILD CAN SIT STILL AND STAY CALM FOR A HAIRCUT. WE DO NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR CHILDREN IN THE SALON. IF SAID CHILD CAN NOT STAY STILL FOR SCHEDULED SERVICES WE WILL ASK YOU TO RESCHEDULE FOR A LATER DATE

ANIMALS AND PETS IN THE SALON

TONE SALON LOVES ANIMALS JUST AS MUCH AS YOU DO BUT FOR SAFETY REASONS MISSOURI STATES BOARDS OF COSMETOLOGY DOES NOT ALLOW PETS IN THE SALON. IF YOU ARRIVE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH A PET WE WILL ASK YOU TO RESCHEDULE FOR A LATER DATE. SERVICES ANIMALS ARE APPROVED BUT MUST BE MARKED AS SUCH AND ON A LEASH.
