Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Tone Salon reserves your appointment just for you & we ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, please provide us with 24-hour notice. We do understand that un-avoidable issues come up and  we will do our best to reschedual your appointment.

If last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ become a habit, you will be charged a cancellation fee. Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointment(s) and ‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged 100% of service amount.
As a courtesy, Tone Salon will call, text and/or email to confirm the date and time at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.   You are always welcome to call and double check any appointments if you’re unsure.

Arrival Time/Running Late

Please be aware that Tone Salon reserves a specific time just for YOU. To make sure we provide the best service possible, arrive 15 minutes early to accommodate for parking and checking in with our receptionist. If you are running behind please notify our receptionist as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate late arrivals, if you are 15 minutes late or more we will ask you to reschedule your appointment for a later date. Cancellation and NO show Policy maybe applied

Parking

Arrive 15 minutes early to accommodate for parking. Meter parking can be found on  Gay Ave and Maryland Ave, 1 hour free parking on Crandon Drive, 2 hour free parking on Lancaster Drive.

New Guest Color Service

Tone Salon asks all new guest to schedule a free 15 minute consultation before any color service. This helps our stylist learn about you and provide an accurate quote.

Product Return

Tone Salon offers 100% satisfaction on all hair products. If you are not in love, bring the product back within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Children

Tone Salon is a family owned kid friendly salon. However, due to safety concerns children under 8 years of age are not permitted in the salon without an appointment for  services. If you arrive with a child we will ask you to reschedule your appointment for a later date. When a child receives a service, Tone Salon asks you to make sure your child can sit still and stay calm for a haircut. We do not assume responsibility for children in the salon. If said child can not stay still for scheduled services we will ask you to reschedule for a later date

Animals and Pets in the Salon

Tone Salon loves animals just as much as you do but for safety reasons Missouri States Boards of Cosmetology does not allow pets in the salon. If you arrive to your appointment with a pet we will ask you to reschedule for a later date. Services animals are approved but must be marked as such and on a leash.
